All poster presenters are required to use the online Call4Posters® poster reproduction service by Marathon Multimedia. This service is absolutely FREE! Call4Posters® provides a simple, convenient online service where you can upload and submit your poster files prior to the meeting, guaranteeing that your poster will be ready for you at the meeting. This service allows you to produce a poster or upload a completed poster. Click here to visit Call4Posters® and use the username/password you created when you submitted your abstract. SCHEDULE AND INSTRUCTIONS
Please refer to the Poster Schedule to confirm your schedule for displaying and attending your poster.
- All assigned posters for each day are required to be posted in the hour before the morning session is to begin regardless of assigned session.
- Posters will remain on display the entire day.
- Remove your poster at the end of the afternoon session. NOTE: If you are unable to remove it personally, please arrange for someone else to do so. Do not leave it up after the afternoon session is over. All posters left after the afternoon session is over will be removed and destroyed.
- You are required to attend your poster during your assigned poster session.
- If your travel schedule does not permit you to set up your poster prior to 7:00 am or to be present during your assigned session, please notify the Symposia Director.
Printed poster reproductions will be available at the symposium. Digital reproductions (CD-ROM and on line at the SABCS website) will be available shortly after the symposium. The poster CD-ROM will be sent at no charge to all symposium registrants, approximately 1 1/2 months after the symposium. The posters will also be available on line at this website for at least 3 years.
OTHER INFORMATION
If you are scheduled to present more than 1 abstract in the same session, it is your responsibility to find a co-author to present the other abstract.
Your poster will be ready to pick up at the Marathon Multimedia desk in Bridge Hall. Please visit the registration or information desk in Bridge Hall for further instructions.
Don't forget to register to attend the meeting. You may register on-line. If you prefer fax or mail, a registration form is enclosed for your convenience. Pre-registration discount ends October 31. REGISTRATION CLOSES NOVEMBER 17 AND RESUMES AT THE SYMPOSIUM ON DECEMBER 10. Symposium badges and meal tickets will be mailed to preregistrants. Upon arrival at the symposium, please present your badge in order to receive symposium materials and badge holder.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If for any reason your presentation must be cancelled, notify the Symposia Director as early as possible [E-mail Markow@uthscsa.edu, FAX 210-567-6072, or phone 210-567-6070] before Friday, December 5 . After that date, contact him by e-mail only. Be sure to mention your assigned abstract number. Failure to notify will result in activation of the No-Show Policy stated in the Abstract Submission Guidelines.
